FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of proppant-propping granules used in production of oil and gas by hydraulic fracturing. Charge for production of proppant in the form of granules, including pre-thermally treated mineral raw material - at least one component of: bauxites, kaolins, kyanites, andalusites, sillimanites; serpentinites, olivinites, dunites, quartz sands; sintering additive - one component of: Belite sludge, technical chalk, dolomite, unslaked lime, hydrated lime; and man-made wastes, where man-made wastes are one component of: inter-slate clay thermally treated at 1000–1100 °C containing % by weight: SiO2 – 45–47, Al2O3 – 13–14, Fe2O3 – 5–6, CaO – 11–13, MgO – 2–3, Na2O+K2O – 3–4, loss on ignition – 9–20; wastes from bauxite production: stripping rock, ore body bottom containing % by weight: Al2O3 – 40.5–47.5; SiO2 – 38.0–46.5; Fe2O3 – 1.0–2.0; FeO – 0.1–0.5; TiO2 – 2.0–3.0, with the ratio of the components of the mixture, wt. %: mineral raw materials – 50.0–99.0; sintering additive – 0.5–20.0; technogenic wastes – 0.5–49.5. Proppant in the form of granules from the said charge, including fractions - at least one of (mesh-mcm): (10/14–2000/1400), (12/18–1700/1000), (12/20–1700/850), (16/20–1180/850), (16/30–1180/600), (20/40–850/425), (30/50–600/300), (40/70–425/212), (70/100–212/150) and (less than 100 – less than 150), at any ratio of their weight. Invention is developed in independent claims.
EFFECT: technical result is the involvement in the production of proppant different types of raw material, including man-made waste, and obtaining proppant with apparent density of 2,2–3 g/cm3.
