FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in charging metal wastes and in melting them. As metal wastes there are used 100 % of rejects in from of chips, scrap, accretions from a crucible, shot iron, and metal ceramics. Further, they are refined in vacuum of 3-10-2-10-3 mm of m.c. at temperature 1500-1700°C and a refining additive is introduced into melt. Calcium is introduced as the refining additive in not less, than in three stages during 5-20 minutes at amount of 0.01-0.09% of wastes weight. Upon refining melt is filtered through a foam-ceramic filter, is re-melt and chemical composition of melt is conditioned to optimal.
EFFECT: saved expensive and critical charge materials and reduced cost of finish product out of heat resistant nickel alloys.
