FIELD: armature construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to armature construction. In particular, to electromagnetic valve with pulse control. Invention is aimed at the use in the automated safety systems of heating energy plants, technological pipeline systems to regulate the flow of natural gas. Electromagnetic valve has mechanism of manual control to install the valve into open position, electromagnet which includes: outer and central magnetic circuit, magnet coil and upper flange, washer made of magnet material installed in the magnet circuit symmetrically to coil axis. The valve has pin made of ferromagnetic material. In the upper flange along the symmetry axis there is a hole equal to the pin diameter. The washer made of magnet material is installed at the pin from the side directed to the central magnet circuit. Pin and washer made of magnet material is made so that it is possible to move the hole of upper flange along the axis respectively to central magnet circuit. There is also a variant of electromagnetic valve where the washer made of ferromagnetic material is installed at the magnet washer from the side of central magnet circuit.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at reaching equality of valve characteristics and decrease of driving pulse reduction.
