FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for heat-and-power production and can be used, for example, in hydroelectric power stations and mobile power installations with internal-combustion engines. The unit contains a turbine installed in a leak tight vessel and connected with an electric generator, two pumps, two heat exchangers, which internal cavity incorporates coils, and, at least, four vessels are communicated in succession among themselves by means of tubes with internal diameter of 5 to 10 mm. The coil of one of the heat exchangers is connected to one of extreme capacities and to the pump communicating with other extreme capacity. Internal capacity of said heat exchanger is connected to the turbine. The leak tight vessel of the turbine communicates with internal cavity of the second heat exchanger and connected to the second pump communicating with internal cavity of the first heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger coil inlet is connected to the source of warmed water, its outlet being connected to the consumer.
EFFECT: production of electric energy and heat for consumers with the use of cavitational processes.
