SUBSTANCE: opening of file by user, with application of modified opening operation, provides initial file opening without file locking. When user specifies (explicitly or implicitly) that he or she tries or intends to open file, then in this case file may be locked for its editing. Therefore, when user issues request for file receipt, then default action is such opening of file, when access to this file is not prohibited for other users. Then, if user specifies that he or she intends to edit, this file is locked.
EFFECT: provision of improved settlement of conflict situations for user.
