FIELD: physics, nuclear physics.

SUBSTANCE: mixing the uranium oxide initial powders is carried out in two stages, i.e. preliminary mixing in a planetary-auger mixer in quantities and subsequent mixing in the complex processing plant built around a hammer-type mill-crusher or a circular milling-scattering device. The propose production line is additionally furnished with a mixing plant and a complex processing plant to be consecutively installed ahead of the plant designed to mix uranium oxide powder up with a dry plastifier.

EFFECT: expanded range of uranium oxide initial powders, higher process efficiency, higher yield of fuel tablets, reduced dust formation and better ecology.
