FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: radiating system of the linear phased array (PA) with vertical field polarisation comprises a radiator rigidly fixed on one of the sides of the angular screen (2), with the angle between the said sides varying from 65° to 135°. On the same side of the angular screen are additionally arranged 2n-1 radiators (1) with the spacing period not exceeding 0.52λU. The height of all radiators does not exceed 0.2λl, while the wavelength ratio makes λlU≥1.5, where λl is the operating frequency lower band wavelength, λU is the wavelength of the upper band, n is the number of radiators. Note that n=1, 2, 3, 4.... 2 n radiators of radiating system. Note also that the radiators can represent metal plates furnished with slots or holes.
