FIELD: technological processes; physics.
SUBSTANCE: bearing frame is assembled at bearing frame assembly stand and adjusted by curved reflector surface forming devices using reference point superposition. Further the devices are rejected to stretch the reflecting surface blank at required tension onto curved reflector surface forming device, reflecting surface blank is mounted on bearing frame, and reference points are superposed again by drawing bearing frame towards reflecting surface forming device and attaching reference blank points of reflecting surface blank to node points of bearing reflector frame. Final adjustment of reflecting surface of reflector for "upward aperture" and "downward aperture" positions is implemented.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of required reflecting surface form manufacturing.
