FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: decoder comprises receipt unit, one outlet of which is connected to stacker via signal analyzer, and the other is connected to inlet of code combination stacker, outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of deletion correction unit, inlet of which is connected to outlet of comparison unit, at that the first inlet of verification commutator is connected to stacker outlet, and the second inlet is connected to outlet of code combination stacker, and outlet of verification commutator unit is connected to one of cluster definition unit inlets and to inlet of direct coordinates unit, one outlet of which via unit of invariant coordinates is connected to the third inlet of comparison unit, the second inlet of which is connected to the other outlet of direct coordinates unit, at that the first outlet of cluster definition unit is connected to inlet of cluster correction unit, outlet of which is connected to the other inlet of cluster definition unit, the second outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of comparison unit. Application of decoder with correction of deletions based on application of cluster analysis method makes it possible to correct n-k deletions. Decoder complexity does not depend on ratio of corrected errors and requires volume of memory identified by ratio of n×2n-8.
