FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by cutting, blanching and shredding potatoes, raw onions, sweet pepper and tomatoes, blanching and shredding dried apricots. Freezing and shredding of runner beans and parsley leaves is performed. Cutting and shredding of mutton is performed. The above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised at certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: product of higher assimilability.
