FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method fish and vegetable tinned food of special purpose includes cutting, browning in melted butter and straining of carrots, onion and white roots, cutting, blanching and mincing of field mushrooms and lemons, freezing and mincing asparagus, browning in melted butter wheat flour, mincing fish fillet. All the specified components are mixed with fish broth, tomato paste, sugar, table salt and CO2 extracts of specified myxomycet biomass, black bitter pepper and bay leaf. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
