SUBSTANCE: registration and analysis of the amplitude of the teeth of the QRS complex in the patient is performed with the establishment of the RaVL criterion, and the Cornell voltage index: RaVL+SV3. At the same time, both diagnostic criteria are used simultaneously for diagnosis: both the RaVL criterion, expressed in mm, and the Cornell voltage index: RaVL + SV3 also expressed in mm. After that, the presence or absence of LVH (p) in men with arterial hypertension is diagnosed using a mathematical formula using previously obtained diagnostic criteria. If the p value is equal to or more than 0.5, the patient is diagnosed with the presence of LVH, and if the p value is less than 0.5, the absence of LVH is stated.

EFFECT: method allows to perform efficient, fast, and highly sensitive screening diagnostics of LVH using ECG in men with arterial hypertension, due to the use of a set of objective information indicators, including those having conflicting values in relation to the norm.
