SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and functional diagnostics. Patient's data is collected: sex, age, body weight index. Electrocardiogram is recorded in 12 standard leads for 5 minutes. Electric cardiac signal is averaged and cardiac cycles are marked for each lead. On basis of obtained data left ventricular myocardial mass is calculated by original formula.

EFFECT: method enables cheap method of calculation of exact mass left ventricle myocardium.
