FIELD: medicine; pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: high-definition multislice computer tomography is performed. Lung parenchyma condition is assessed for diabetes patients. Severe complicated course of non-specific lung diseases is prognosticated for diabetes patients if locus-like round or oval 2-5 mm large clouds, swollen interlobular partitions and veins or 'matte glass' symptom are present.
EFFECT: early diagnostics of lung parenchyma condition during diabetes.
