FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endocrinology, and represents a method for prediction of formation of microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus using clinical-anamnestic and laboratory data. Patient to determine the age, duration of diabetes, creatinine, ACT, total cholesterol, glomerular filtration rate, the level of postprandial glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), atherogenic index. If such factors as age over 57.7 years old, diabetes length of service more than 10.3 years, postprandial blood glucose level more than 7.9 mmol/l, total cholesterol content higher than 5.05 mmol/l, development of microvascular complication of type 2 diabetes is predicted in the form of diabetic retinopathy. If the factors are combined - age over 63 years old, diabetes length of service is more than 8 years, creatinine level is more than 94.17 mcm/l, glomerular filtration rate is lower than 77.4 ml/min/1.73 m2, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) above 9.58 %, the rate of atherogenic index above 3.7 % and ACT level over 21.4 U/l - predict the development of microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes in a diabetic nephropathy.
EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy of prediction of microvascular complications of type 2 diabetes by using significant diagnostic criteria.
