FIELD: medicine; orthopedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: constructions with undulating branches are made of Kirschner's wire: V-shaped construction with loop rest at the top of angle formed by its branches, and L-shaped construction in the form of a single undulating branch with L-shaped rest at its end. Channels in bone tissue are formed: one channel for further insertion of V-shaped construction is made in oblique direction downside upwards, another channel is made in transverse direction, and channel for insertion of L-shaped construction is made parallel to the transverse channel. V-shaped and L-shaped constructions are inserted, so that L-shaped rest pressed the loop rest base of V-shaped construction to bone.
EFFECT: stable fixation, possible early functional activity, reduced risk of stiffness development in elbow joint.
