FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology. Skin is incised. Bone fragments are reduced. A blade of an L-insert is introduced transcapsularly in a formed canal of the epicondyle of humerus. The bone of the insert is fixed along a lateral external surface of humerus on a thin layer consisting of a wall of the elbow capsule, periosteum covered with muscular fibres. The insert is screwed. The wound is closed. A plaster bandage is applied for one day. Elbow training starts on the second postoperative day.
EFFECT: technique provides accelerated regeneration, faster rehabilitation, eliminated potential development of elbow stiffness, and also osteonecrosis and false joint in a fracture region.
