FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: the set includes two hardwares, made of Kirshner spokes. One structure is made in the stud form with wavy branches and located in the convergence zone of these branches by the overwound site and the loop-like support device. The external ends of the mentioned branches are grinded. The second structure is made with one wavy branch and the L-shaped supports. Kirshner spokes have ⊘ 2 mm. The method includes the following: skin is cut, bone is naked, osteal fragments are repositioned. Skin is cut in the area of the ulnar process of 1-2 cm length. The channels for stud-shaped structure made from Kirshner spoke are formed in the ulnar joint channels, locating them in proximal ulnar bone units in oblique direction from top to down in the fanlike way, with an output of the first channel to the back edge of the ulnar bone and the second channel to the outer lateral surface of the ulnar bone. For the structure with one wavy branch and the L-shaped support, made of Kirshner spoke, channels are formed in the most dense areas of ulnar bone proximal unit after that the structure with one wavy branch and the L-shaped support is introduced so that the L-shaped support base could face the top point of the ulnar process back surface. Then the stud-shaped structure with wavy branches is introduced in the ulnar process so that its loop-like support device adjoined the ulnar process back surface, and the L-shaped support of the structure with one wavy branch located in the circle of the stud-shaped structure loop; acting parts of branches stud-shaped structure are bent at 180°.
EFFECT: stable fixation of ulnar process at its abruption with least traumatization of soft tissues around the fracture zone, decrease of hydropic-painful syndrome intensity and exception of the development opportunity of regional necrosis in the postoperative wound field and reduction of rehabilitation terms of the injured limb with the best functional results.
