FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for treatment of intra-articular fractures of distal part of shoulder. By immersion osteosynthesis open reposition of fragments and their stable fixation with implants is performed. After wound suturing hinged pin apparatus of external fixation is applied. In lower third of shoulder ring is installed, in upper third of forearm - incomplete ring, with gap facing forearm anterior surface. Ring units on side surfaces are joined by means of hinged rods. Axis of hinge rotation coincides with axis of joint rotation. On external anterior surface of elbow joint region, units of rings are connected rigidly with possibility of convergence by means of treaded rod. After application of apparatus by means of rod arm is put into maximally straightened state. After 10 days arm is put into medium position. Further, patients themselves daily by means of rod first change position of forearm from medium state to position of maximal straightening and fixes it during 1 hour. Then, patients return forearm into medium position, from which in graduated way bend forearm during day, guided by their pain sensation. At the end of day forearm is put into medium position, and said procedure is continued until fracture knits. After that apparatus is removed.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to reduce probability of formation of elbow joint stiffness by means of early mobilisation.
