FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and medical equipment, in particular to surgical dentistry, and can be used for direct and early, as well as for delayed two-phase implantation aimed at reimbursement of lost teeth. Dental implant of submersible type is made in form of monolithic titanium cone, which has polished surface, and intraosteal part, on whose external surface made is stop thread with constant profile on its total length, and apex of intraosteal part is rounded on radius 2.5 mm and is made with three samplings for self thread cutting. On external surface of intraosteal part made are additional vertical surfaces for introduction into segment of integration of dental implant and jaw bone of autologous mesenchymal stem cells.
EFFECT: reduction of period of dental implant osteointegration, reduction of terms of resorbtion of bone tissue surrounding implant and increase of implant service term in case of reimbursement of lost teeth.
