SUBSTANCE: invention refers to soft orthopaedic insole including flat base made in the form of a sole projection and toe-supporting pad attached on the flat base so that front contour of toe-supporting pad is within toe crest projection and is made in the form of a curve out of arches partly crossing toe pulp projections, where toe-supporting pad is flat or stepped flat, mid-line of toe-supporting pad lies within second, third and fourth metatarsophalangeal articulation projection, rear pad part lies within projection of central part of main transverse foot arch, medial pad edge limited by central part of the first toe crest projection, lateral pad edge limited by central part of the fifth toe crest projection, rear medial pad contour made in the form of an arch partially bending around sole convexity projection at the first toe base, rear lateral pad contour made in the form of an arch partially bending around sole convexity projection at the fifth toe base.
