SUBSTANCE: for arthrosis deformans or polyarticular rheumatoid arthritis treatment, mix of hydrocortison suspension and local anesthetic is injected into myogaster of spasming muscle and into intertransverse muscle of intervertebral joint corresponding to innervation level of spasming muscle.
EFFECT: disease symptom arrest due to muscular spasm elimination for muscles moving a joint, elimination of myospasm cause.
