FIELD: agriculture, technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages indentation of a groove on the earth board surface that becomes eventually filled with soldering alloy with ceramic-metal plates placed thereupon and additional soldering alloy and flux agent layers applied at the points where the plates abut the groove edge. After that one applies heat to the plates till the soldering alloy melts down and places the board with the plates soldered onto it in a thermally insulated tank to cool down to the ambient temperature at a rate of 4°C/min. The method provides for usage of L63 soldering alloy and FK-250 flux agent. The plates heating is done with the help of a hydrogen-oxygen flame burner, the gas mixture pressure amounting to 0.5 MPa and the burner nozzle edge positioned at a distance of 50 mm from the plate surface.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of the ceramic-metal plates adhesion to the earth board surface.
