FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of tillers, mainly, ploughshares. Proposed process comprises removal of worn-put portion, making of a new cutting section by building up of wear-proof material from rear side over the entire length and welding of hardened part to ploughshare being recovered. Note here that said wear-proof material is a nanocermet composite composed of the paste consisting of "ПР-Н70Х17С3Р4"-type powder of boron carbide, silicon dioxide, sodium nitrate and binder. Said paste is applied on cutting part rear side over the entire width. After paste solidification dip-transfer surfacing is performed with application of graphite electrode at current strength of 70-75 A and voltage of 55-60 V.
EFFECT: higher hardness and wear resistance, one and a half time longer life.
