FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: on the surface of the ploughshare blade and in its nose part the slots are made and they are filled with solder. The metal-ceramic plates are mounted on the solder, and an additional layer of solder and flux is applied to the abutment place of the plates with the vertical face of the slot. The plates are heated by high frequency currents to melt the solder, and the ploughshare is cooled with the plates in the chamber furnace. The width of the slots is 0.7-1.0 metal-ceramic plate width, and the depth is 0.6-0.9 thickness of the metal-ceramic plate. In the slot of the nose part of the ploughshare the metal-ceramic plates are mounted close to each other, and in the slot on the surface of the ploughshare blade - intermittently at a distance equal to 0.7-0.8 width of the metal-ceramic plate. The solder of brand PrMNKMc and flux of brand AN-348 are used.
EFFECT: method enables to increase the bond strength of metal-ceramic plates with the ploughshare and its abrasion resistance.
