SUBSTANCE: invention is related to power machines building. Gas-distributing method for synchronisation of power module plungers that transforms chemical energy of engine fuel into electric or mechanical energy, which comprises common external combustion chamber and two single-stroke plunger-free expanding machines, plunger symmetry axes of which match the same straight line, and plungers move in antiphase, according to invention, synchronisation of power module expanding machine plungers motion is realised by redistribution of combustion products that come from external combustion chamber into cylinders of expanding machines, for this purpose control system tracks values of every plunger speed, compares them and having received signal of plungers speed mismatch, it sets synchroniser actuator in position, when supply of combustion products is increased to the cylinder, where plunger motion speed is less than speed of oppositely moving plunger in the other cylinder for the time required for balancing of plunger speeds, or for the time that provides simultaneous arrival of plungers into extreme points of their motion.
EFFECT: reduction of power inputs to synchroniser drive, of its specific volume and increase of power module specific capacity.
