FIELD: construction, pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction of pipeline transport and is used in manufacture of pipes with ballast coating used in installation of pipelines on water basin bottoms and in swampy area. Complex comprises installation for assembly of pipe with shell and assembly of annular plugs, location plates with pipe and shell fixed in them with annular gap between pipe external surface and shell internal surface closed by annular plugs on both ends, concrete mixer for preparation of ballast material mixture on water basis, concrete pump for ballast material injection into annular gap via injecting concrete pipe and hole in plug, concrete pipe for supply of ballast material from concrete mixer to concrete pump. Stationary location plate has detachable conductor that maintains shell cylindrical shape, internal diameter of which is closed (compressed) condition is equal to external diameter of shell, at that complex comprises multi-seat line for mutually parallel location of conductors with pipes to hold them until ballast material hardening.

EFFECT: expansion of technical facilities arsenal.
