FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used in construction of underground pipelines transporting liquid or gaseous media with negative or positive temperature. Pipeline complex heat insulation and ballasting device includes detachable enclosing pipeline, cylindrical polymer housing with external locking units, segmented heat insulation and ballasting devices. Polymer housing comprises interconnected inner waterproof layer made of polymer material with porous structure, as well as a protective outer layer made of a polymer material with a cellular structure, symmetrically located trapezoidal polymer end stops oriented perpendicular to the housing plane, made with U-shaped cavities to accommodate end parts of heat insulation segments. On the outer part of the end stops there is a waterproof end tape. Polymer enveloping elements reinforced with power metal cables are located on the line of closure of the housing not symmetrically, with mutual displacement along the housing by the width of the enveloping element. Dangling ends of female elements are made with possibility of connection to them of paired ballasting devices.
EFFECT: invention increases the degree of protection and fixation of the heat insulation of the pipeline.
