SUBSTANCE: method includes mechanical action to the place of separation of cone from whisk and establishment of effort of separation of cone from whisk. As mechanical action use gyration of the arbour of the drive of direct current. For an establishment of force of separation of cone from whisk use indications of the ampermeter prestressly prograded according to angular velocity of gyration of the arbour of the drive. The device for includes hold-down for whisk and flexible inelastic communication through which the whisk cone is joined to the installation creating mechanical action to the place of separation of cone from whisk. Installation is executed in the form of the direct current electromotor which arbour is supplied by the double-arm lever. Thus armature windings are joined to the adjustable power supply through the cutout and the ampermeter. One of lever shoulders through flexible inelastic communication is joined to a whisk cone, and other shoulder - with cutout contact.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of measurings, expansion of a gamut of use and decrease in expenses.
