SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method of rice grain threshability measurement provides for the measuring medium effort of rice spike connection with panicle, measuring average grain weight, calculating grain threshability index by defining a ratio between the values of average spike separation effort and average grain weight, comparing results with the reference value and making conclusion on the grain threshability quality.
EFFECT: invention allows for maximum accurate assessing future rice harvesting effectiveness by sorting out rice for planting.
