FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, particularly experimental rheumatology, and can be applied to joints inflammatory damage simulation. At first, preliminary chilling of extremities is effected in ice-water bath, at temperature 2-6°C, 1 to 3 days during 13 to 15 minutes daily. Then, 1-2 hours after the last chilling, adjuvant is injected into hind leg cushions. 35 to 40 days after adjuvant injection needed experiments are effected on chronic process background.
EFFECT: adequate process simulation.
