SUBSTANCE: invention deals with electric engineering and relates to outdoor high-voltage current transformers. The invention is intended for transformer protection from external mechanical effects during transportation. Outdoor high-voltage transformer includes foundation with support rack and support insulator being mounted upon it. Housing with insulating medium is mounted onto support insulator. The secondary winding unit is installed on the support inside the above housing. The housing is provided with co-axial openings where support elements are inserted so that they can displace in axial direction. The support elements consist of adjusting screw and interconnected dismountable rod and support tip. The secondary winding unit is provided with two opposite plates with hollows whereto support elements rest.

EFFECT: improved reliability and fabricability, easier preparation to operation.
