FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has U-shaped primary winding with horizontal part and pillars which are rigidly attached to said horizontal part and are spaced from ends where cylindrical sleeves are mounted. Set of secondary windings is inserted inside cylindrical ring in electrostatic grounded shield. Insulation distant bars are attached to cylindrical ring. Potential shields in upper part are shaped as disks and are connected to each other via insulation cylinders. Shields in lower part are horizontal and distant bars are mounted in them.
