FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing mutton, cutting, blanching and mincing onions and cherry plums. Garlic is blanched and minced, coriander, parsley and dill are minced. After mixing the listed ingredients with bone broth, salt and CO2-extract of black pepper, the obtained mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: expanded range of techniques and dishes to obtain new canned food of increased digestibility as compared to known dish.
