FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, blanching and mincing onion and hot pepper, blanching and grating cherry plums and garlic, freezing and mincing parsley, dill and cilantro, cutting and mincing beef, boiling rice up to double increase in mass and mincing. The above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2 extracts of khmeli suneli and bay leaves. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding is of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
