SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching cucumbers, cutting and freezing spring onions and dill, cutting beef, mixing the listed ingredients without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar, salt, calcium ascorbate and mustard, boiling the kvass, packing the obtained mixture and kvass, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
