SUBSTANCE: cooked by boiling, peeling and chopping on the cutter of chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of cucumbers, freesing and chopping on the cutter of green onion and green parts of fennel, cutting and chopping on the cutter of beef, kvass boiling, blending of the specified components with sour cream, sugar, cooking salt and CO2-extract of mustard, packing of the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new preserves for space feeding with an increased digestibility in comparison with a similar culinary dish.
