FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, freezing and mincing fresh green peas and parsley, mincing ham, and mixing the listed ingredients with meat and bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extracts of black pepper, packing the obtained mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
