FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: presence of the following risk factors is determined: psychoemotional stress; arterial hypertension; age - older than 50 years; dyslipidemia - increase of cholesterol, triglycerides and β-lipoproteides content; type A behaviour in anamnesis. Presence of each of factors is estimated as 1 point, absence - as 0 point. Then by formula index of risk (A) is calculated: A=0.043+0.631•stress+0.129•AH+0.154•age over 50 years+0.077•dyslipidemia+0.234•type A behaviour and, index A is equal 0.043-0.451 conventional unit - risk of ischaemic heart disease development is estimated as low, from 0.452 to 0.859 - as middle, from 0.860 to 1.268 - as high.

EFFECT: prediction of ischaemic heart disease development basing on risk factors, early prevention of disease development, high degree of informativity and possibility of use in prophylactic medical examination of population.
