SUBSTANCE: method involves calculating total score estimate of myocardial ischemia risk factors related to availability or absence and quantitative values myocardial ischemia risk factors like total cholesterol level, low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride level, arterial blood pressure level, glycemia level, body mass level, strenuous activity degree with smoking habit, being of masculine sex, patient age and burdened heredity. The assigned scores give basis for diagnosing low, high or moderate painless myocardial ischemia cases.

EFFECT: high reliability in detecting risk groups.
