FIELD: transport; mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: rollers are used as roller carriages. Belt conveyor roller contains cylinder-form cowling, bearing units, and outer compactions. Bearing units are fixed along edges of cylinder-form cowling and they are installed on roller axle. There is also inner tube separating cowling cavity from bearings. Apart from it, the said axis has at lest two circular groves at extreme cylindrical edges located outside in relation to bearings opposite outer compactions, they are fixed by lids and made of porous springing material saturated with liquid oil or oily solution; they are partially located in circular grooves.

EFFECT: increase of service life of roller bearing units of belt conveyors.
