SUBSTANCE: the roller contains a cylindrical shell, bearing assemblies with bearings, and external sealings. On the shaft, along the outermost cylindrical surfaces, at least two ring grooves are made, located outside of the bearings, opposite to the sealings, fixed by lids and saturated with liquid frost-resistant oil or oil solution, and placed in the contact with the ring grooves forming a labyrinth seal. Wedges with holes for fixing and the ring compressing spring contact with the external cylindrical surface at the wedging angle. The narrow parts of the wedges are installed to the holes of the fixed wedge shell located on the shaft. At least two wedges are installed.

EFFECT: increases lifetime of roller bearing supports and holds conveyor belt in case of its destruction.
