SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to versions of compositions, which are used in making powder coatings for pipes. In the first version, the composition based on epoxide resin contains a mixture of a hardening agent and a primary amino alcohol. In the second version, the hardening composition based on epoxide resin contains a hardener-primary amino alcohol, which reacts with a phenol resin derivative. The amino alcohol used has the following structural formula: 
where each of R1 and R2 independently represents a C1-C6 hydroxyalkyl group or a C1-C6 alkyl group.
EFFECT: obtaining coatings with improved adhesion at high temperatures and humidity.
