METHOD OF INSULATED VESSEL PRODUCTION, METHOD OF VESSEL LEAK PROOFNESS CONTROL AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01M3/00

Abstract RU 2346253 C2

FIELD: physics, tests.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test engineering and is designed for leak proofness testing of packages or containers with at least one flexible wall section. The result is achieved due to the following steps taken: pressure difference is provided at the wall of the tested vessel and pressure alteration inside or outside the vessel allows to determine absence or presence of leakage in it. As soon as one of the pressures is equal to the specified value or exceeds maximal value it is saved as a control value. The control value is compared to the value of one of the pressures for a certain time. Sensor output signal is at least one of the pressure values.

EFFECT: simplifying the test with recording minimal leakages or deviations of the vessel volume from its specified volume.
