FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to traumatology and orthopaedics. Offered is method of joint analysis for Chlamydia trachomatis activity. To implement the method, synovial fluid of the joint is tested for glycosaminoglycan (GAG) amount. If GAG components hexuronic acid and galactose therein are decreased in 2 and more times relative to norm with absence of high-polymeric hyaluronic acid and proteoglycan units, Chlamidia trachomatis infection is considered to be high-active.
EFFECT: possibility of acute diagnostics of Chlamydia trachomatis related active pathological process that ensures timely, adequate and pathogenetically valid treatment.
