FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: substance consists in transposition of muscle tendon adducting hallux with plantar aponeurosis regions and deep plantar fascia region on the first metatarsal bone through formed cross channel, as well as in removal of osteochondroma of the I metatarsal bones, in cutting across muscle tendon abducting hallux, and in removal of mallet deformation of the second and third fingers. Herewith additionally muscle abducting the V finger is intercepted from tuberosity of fifth metatarsal bone and transposited to metatarsal bones through the compartment formed under II-IV metatarsal bones thus forming forefoot crosstie.
EFFECT: removal of forefoot deformation and improved load biomechanics of foot.
