FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in making a supra-articular incision of soft tissues by incising a joint capsule, separating a proximal joint end, excising its base, removing an exostosis and joining osteotomised fragments with fasteners. An approach is exercised along a dorsal internal surface of the foot edging with a head of a first metatarsal bone from the middle of a base of phalanx to a medial portion of the head of the first metatarsal bone. The medial portion of the head is excised together with the osteochondral exostosis and its distal portion at h = 3-7 mm. A gradual incidence of the head along the medial surface at an angle of γ = 40°±5° is created. A hallux is retracted into a hypercorrection position until a metatarsophalangeal angle reaches δ = 10°-15°, by pulling the capsule edges in; that is combined with creating a duplication and fixing a capsule suture to a periosteum; retracting pads of rolled surgical gauze are inserted into a first interdigital space.
EFFECT: method reducing intraoperative injuries, improves the biomechanical characteristics of foot.
