SUBSTANCE: treatment of vascular optic neuropathies and glaucomatous neuropathies in patients with normalised intraocular pressure is ensured with injection of 2% lidocaine dosed 3 ml in the region 1 cm lower and 1 cm aside from transverse process of cranial vertebra at depth 1.5-2 cm, herewith patient sitting.
EFFECT: higher visual acuity, expanded limits of peripheral vision field, improved blood circulation in ophthalmic artery.
