FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for surgical treatment of glaucoma by activation of intraocular fluid outflow with using proper juxtacanalicular tissue (interior wall of ciliary canal, porous tissue, and endothelial net). After superficial scleral graft is separated, deep delta-shaped scleral graft and exterior wall of ciliary canal are removed, with profound sclerectomy (PSE) and nonpenetrating profound sclerectomy (NPSE) juxtacanalicular tissue is incised in the middle and separated by half in both parties. The ends are delivered outside by each side from bed border of exterior scleral graft. Separated juxtacanalicular tissue is formed as cores for drainage with superficial scleral graft lied to pinching the cores. It is resulted in filter pads from both side of rectangular bed.
EFFECT: stable normalisation of intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma without using of heterogeneous material.
