FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method and training apparatus can be used in medicine for health improvement. Method includes regulated generation of magnified respiratory resistance with possibility to control procedure using respiratory training apparatus which trains respiratory muscles, both in inhalation and exhalation. Herewith regulated is primary position of the pointer installed within cylindrical tubular case with flow section of constant length. Respiratory resistance is changed by varying bypass section. Respiratory training apparatus contains cylindrical tubular case with section of constant length, top cover and in-built spherical pointer, scale provided along the case and tube with mouthpiece. Besides, training apparatus contains valve block with bypass equipped with flow section regulator. Additionally, the case contains bottom cover, thus top and bottom covers are equipped by valves and connected through channels or fittings to tubes with the specified valve block, two valves of which are designed for air stream changing to tube cavity with mouthpiece.
EFFECT: lungs training, load generation for respiratory muscles in any sequence.
